We are at a critical moment in the human and planetary story. The coming years are crucial to deciding the kind of world human beings will live in for generations to come. We know that human society is the cause of massive ecological, climatic, and human destruction. And so if we are the cause we are also the solution - and yet, how do we be the solution?

Surrounded by crisis and collapse there is a need to be present with the immensity of the pain and harm that is asking to be healed, and to bear witness as we seek to transform our world.

There is also a need to connect to our creativity, imagination, resilience and joy in order to co-create a truly just and regenerative future.

The world needs connected, well-resourced, and present people who are willing to step up and big and small changes that shift our collective trajectory.

Through concepts, practices, and group reflections and integration will be guided on a personal and collective journey to:

  • explore and develop your relationship with self, others, and nature
  • experience and honor the full spectrum of your emotional and psychological response to living in amidst a climate crisis
  • clarify how you will move forward and take action for positive change in a resourced, sustainable way
  • build your connective capacity and community relationships

Community Learning

We go on this journey together. Each week we meet virtually as a group to reflect, ask questions, share our experiences, learn from one another, and cultivate connection in this work. Like they say, "If you want to go far, go together." We have far to go - we need each other!

Exploration & Practice

Each week there will be concepts, explorations, and hands on practices for you to engage with the excavate your experience and develop your skill, capacity, and clarity. A balance between intellectual and embodied exploration seeks to support deeper integration of this work for the long haul.

Integration for Action

The course material and facilitated group sessions will support you to clarify and integrate an ecopsychological perspective into your climate and community action. You will be guided to cultivate aligned, sustainable action for a vibrant, just, and thriving future for all.
